Billing

How is billing calculated?

Billing is based on actual usage:

  • Text generation: Billed per token processed
  • Image generation: Billed per image and resolution
  • Audio/Video: Billed per processing duration

We provide a detailed Usage API to track your consumption.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal. Enterprise customers can also pay via invoice.

Can I set spending limits?

Yes, you can set monthly spending caps in your Dashboard settings. You will receive notifications when approaching your limit.

How do I view my invoice?

Invoices are generated monthly and available in the Billing section of your Dashboard. You will receive an email notification when a new invoice is ready.

Payments

Is there a free tier?

Yes! The free tier includes 1,000 API calls per day with access to all available APIs.

What happens if my payment fails?

If a payment fails, we will:

  1. Send you an email notification
  2. Retry the payment up to 3 times over 5 days
  3. If still unsuccessful, your account will be downgraded to the free tier
  4. You will retain access to your data

Do you offer refunds?

We offer refunds for unused services within 30 days of purchase. Contact support to request a refund.

Are there any setup fees?

No. There are no setup fees or minimum commitments. You only pay for what you use.

Currency & Tax

What currencies do you support?

All prices are in USD (United States Dollars). We may add additional currency support in the future.

Do I need to pay tax?

Tax obligations depend on your location. If applicable, taxes will be calculated and added to your invoice automatically. Contact support for specific tax questions.
